The concept of governance in the political thought of the Martyred Imam Khamenei, contrary to common Western models which are often based on the separation of power and people and the reduction of citizens' role to mere voting at specific time intervals, is established on the centrality of the interaction between "Imamate" and "Ummah". The present research, employing a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach with the aim of conceptualizing the "governance model" of the Martyred Leader of the Revolution and with the objective of explicating the characteristics of the governance model of the Martyred Imam Khamenei (may God Almighty be pleased with him) and responding to the challenges of modern threats, was conducted. The findings indicated that in this paradigm, history is recognized as "strategic science" and the people as "architects of history" and the main pillar of national authority. Furthermore, it was determined that knowing the enemy, drawing boundaries with Western-oriented currents, ethical leadership style, emphasis on social justice and poverty alleviation, attention to the future horizon, and achieving the New Islamic Civilization are the main pillars of this model. The result obtained from this research indicates that the governance model of the Martyred Leader of the Revolution, based on religious knowledge and historical understanding, with people as the axis and vigilance against hybrid warfare, paves the way for the realization of a "Strong Iran" and the transition to a "New Islamic Civilization".
