English

Method: The present study was conducted using a qualitative approach and the "thematic analysis" method. Theoretical data were extracted through "thematic interpretation" of Quranic verses related to war, anxiety, and tranquility. Historical data were also analyzed through "narrative analysis" of women's conduct in primary historical sources (Al-Sirah al-Nabawiyyah, Bihar al-Anwar). Subsequently, these two sets of data were integrated into a unified model.
Findings: The findings were obtained at two levels: 1. Quranic Foundations in five main themes: "Attaining Serenity through Dhikr (Remembrance of God)," "The Psychological Function of Tawakkul (Reliance on God)," "Sabr (Patience) as an Active Strategy," "Redefining the Concept of Fear," and "Meaning-Making through Divine Promises." 2. Behavioral Patterns of Women in four key roles: "Active Supporter and Healer," "Guardian and Promoter of the Discourse of Truth," "Economic and Educational Manager," and "Rational Advisor." The integration of these findings led to the design of the "Family Resilience Model Based on Faith and Action."
