Some hadiths have contradictions with regard to theological issues, the correct understanding of which requires a more detailed document and text examination. One of the topics is the narrations about prohibiting women from going to the bathroom. In this regard, there are numerous and apparently conflicting narrations in the Shia narrative sources, which require to be explained and analyzed from the point of view of the document, validation, and from the point of view of the text.
In order to achieve this goal, first, the documentary validity of traditions of going to the bathroom with conditions such as the use of longs, and then the traditions that refer to prohibiting women from going to the bathroom, were examined, then relying on the view of Regalion and analyzing the traditions of prohibiting women from going to the bathroom. It has been proven that the original ruling prohibiting women due to the historical and cultural conditions at the time of issuing the narration; Such as: mixing men and women, not covering the private parts, creating corruption;
