The purpose of this article is to examine the relationship between sex and gender and its validity in the Quranic model of family management style in a descriptive-analytical way, based on which sex means the physical and mental differences between men and women in the order of nature; the infrastructure and basis of gender; That is, the differences are in the order of identity. Ignoring this relationship and not creating a constructive interaction between nature and identity causes self-destruction. Paying attention to innate sexual capacities and synchronizing sex and gender is a basic solution in solving gender issues.
