Man is a social being and various factors such as; Daily needs, education, employment, treatment, worship, transactions, etc., have caused him to have no choice but to communicate with members of the society on the one hand and with family members on the other hand. With the expansion of social relations and the increase of communication, the way of communication has also expanded in different ways. Certainly, without paying attention to the belief and intellectual foundations of a comprehensive system and school of thought that has complete, related and interwoven teachings and instructions for all aspects of the worldly and hereafter life of human beings, it is impossible to be successful in understanding and deriving social regulations based on it. This research, using a library method with the aim of educational-jurisprudential investigation of communication, has expressed the types of communication and while expressing verbal, non-verbal communication and simultaneous verbal and non-verbal communication, it has expressed jurisprudence rulings related to this type of communication and many rulings and criminal laws in order to expand and the health of the family relationship
