سمیه صیادی, [01.12.24 22:37] Islamic thinkers have presented many studies about the permissibility and impermissibility of women's employment to earn income and family welfare. In the upcoming research, the researcher has analyzed the arguments of the opponents of women's employment in the Qur'an and hadiths by analyzing the library documents and by examining the books, theses and articles related to the topic as much as possible, and has strengthened against the more explicit reasons for the employment of women.Then, using Qur'anic proofs, as well as numerous news and the views of Islamic thinkers, he has proved the legitimacy of women's employment. Undoubtedly, the most important reason for the non-permissibility of women's employment is the conflict with her main duty, which can be solved if she performs this duty. In the end, due to the necessity of complying with Sharia requirements and also staying away from some negative consequences of employment, such as reducing the general population rate, improper upbringing of children and other mental and physical injuries, some essential jobs for women have been mentioned. The results of this study indicate that there is no opposition to the issue of women's employment in Islamic laws and Quranic culture in general, but on the other hand, addressing it is conditional upon compliance with requirements and laws. It can also be said that employment for women is not productive in itselfAnd not destructive, but depending on different mental, physical, family and social conditions of people and the resulting consequences, it can be beneficial or harmful in different dimensions.
