With the aim of analyzing the relationship between women’s employment and motherhood, the mentioned article deals with this important challenge. The main issue of this article is how women can carry out the mission of motherhood despite their desire and interest to work outside the home? The basic question that this article seeks to address is: to deal with the relationship between the interaction and employment of maternal age. The research method of this article is documentary, library; And the type of research is descriptive and analytical, which is based on the investigations made in the perspective of IslamWhile emphasizing the possibility of women’s employment and participation in economic activities, their role in the family as wives and mothers has been emphasized. To the extent that it has been declared, a woman’s employment is not her duty. Rather, it is a right that women can use. From the point of view of Islam, even serving women at home and breastfeeding their children is not mandatory. And women can demand wages from their husbands for breastfeeding their children. Also, women’s work at home is considered a mustahab act of worship. Therefore, in terms of In Islam, women’s employment is unimpeded, but women’s employment should be done with considerations: 1-Employment should not conflict with the role of mother and wife. Because their most important and key role and job is raising children and maintaining the family and its pillars - these are tasks that only women can handle. 2- The choice of women’s jobs should take into account family and social considerations. 3- The job should be suitable for women’s abilities. Obvious complianceThe above conditions, together with the adjustment of women’s working hours and the participation of husbands in household affairs, can be effective in promoting women’s participation in economic activities. The findings of this research show that, despite the serious conflict between these two categories of employment and motherhood, there is a solution. There are also ways to reduce this conflict, which are mentioned in the content analysis of the article.
