In order to preserve and strengthen the foundation of the family during its formation and after separation, the holy law has explained the principles of compromise and jurisprudence. The present study, by examining the verses related to separation in Surah Talaq, extracted the principles of compromise and jurisprudential rules, and by expressing the jurisprudential and interpretative documentation of the verses in descriptive and analytical form, the goals of the holy law to explain the principles of compromise while preserving the interests of the family in order to reduce the resulting psychological pressure has expressed separation. In the verses of divorce, the principles of compromise in order to prevent the dissolution and preserve the interests of the family and the training of compromise skills during marriage and after separation, such as: good company, the skill of maintaining a reputation, the priority of ethics over rights, consultation and consultation, respect for the mutual rights of people, Residence and peace and the most important of these principles in the family system, the principle of God-centeredness and acceptance of the rule of truth against following the whims of the soul, have been given attention and importance. The Holy Shariah of jurisprudence rules such as: Lazrar, Al-Multaqah Al-Rajiyah, the wife has actually explained the negation of the duty of Malaitaq in Surah Talaq in order to protect the interests of the family against the damages caused by divorce.
